Ideologically, there is opposition to social requirements that interfere with corporate management (such as gender balance and diversity), viewing these demands as ideological pressure.

Adopts a strongly restrictive stance on immigration, particularly concerning low-wage workers originating from third countries. It raises security concerns regarding the explosive growth of the Muslim community (estimated at 10,000 people) and calls for stricter background checks and, where necessary, limits on immigration. The priority is the protection of the Estonian language and national identity in the public sphere.

Furthermore, a broader definition of gender balance is being demanded in draft legislation—one that considers other genders in addition to men and women—while criticizing the narrow interpretation of the current bill.
