The clear regional focus is on transportation issues in rural areas, specifically highlighting the inefficiency that results from using a large bus to transport just one person.

The focus is heavily directed towards the negative impact of wind farms on Estonian rural and sparsely populated areas, which are being transformed into industrial zones. Emphasis is placed on the decline in property values, the damage to nature and rural tourism, and the destruction of the green network and habitats in local areas.

The regional focus is aimed at addressing regional inequality and the depopulation of rural areas, which consequently lowers the overall birth rate, given that the fertility rate among the rural population is significantly higher. Specifically, the population growth in Harju County and Tartu County is highlighted, contrasting sharply with the projected decline of 15–35% in other counties.

The focus is on specific geographical locations (Lihula, Lagedi) linked to a historical memorial. Although the issue is local, it is being addressed at the national level within the context of constitutional rights violations.

The speaker highlights a specific regional example from their home area—the restricted management zone of the Tudusoo Nature Reserve—to support their arguments. The Tudusoo case is used to illustrate how the national policy for bog restoration has resulted in the local destruction of tens of hectares of beautiful pine forests.
