Addressing the Riigikogu, he sincerely requested everyone’s support and a unified vote to give Estonian culture and sports a new lease on life.

The working style is inclusive and thorough, emphasizing broad-based discussion with ministries (Ministry of Culture, MoE&R, Ministry of Finance) and stakeholders (sports federations, EOC, choir associations). Support is given to the further processing of the draft legislation, provided that the process is comprehensive, well-considered, and broadly inclusive, with solutions sought through joint effort. Regarding the Sports Act, it was agreed that solutions would be found through cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and the stakeholders.

The speaker emphasizes the critical importance of public-private cooperation in developing new financing models to attract private capital and foster growth. He/She expresses support for colleague Liina Kirsna, noting a readiness to collaborate with colleagues who share similar viewpoints.
