Emphasis is placed on the constitutional right to state protection and justice. Furthermore, ensuring the livelihood of the elderly and low-income individuals is also highlighted.

Regarding social issues, emphasis is placed on citizens' freedoms and the right to property against state intervention. The speaker emphasizes the will of the Estonian people as the supreme power, which opposes the car tax, setting this position in direct contrast to the government's policy.
