The primary adversary is the Moscow Patriarchate in Estonia, which is treated as a hostile organization and a subcontractor for the Kremlin’s special services. The criticism is fundamental, political, and moral, accusing the adversaries of dividing the population and attacking the free Estonian state with brutal lies. Compromise with the Moscow leadership is ruled out, as their relationship of subservience to the Kremlin is abnormal and dangerous.

The primary disagreement is aimed at the pessimism voiced by Mr. Arkhipov, who deemed certain goals impossible. The politician criticizes this attitude, refuting it with historical examples, but immediately follows up by proposing cooperation to find solutions. The criticism is not personal; rather, it targets the idea of incapacity or inability to act.

The opposition is directed both at international lobbyists ("representatives of exotic countries") and at domestic political opponents who underestimate the security situation. Mr. Grünthal's skepticism and Varro Vooglaid's assertion regarding Putin's balanced approach are particularly sharply rejected, with Putin being labeled a war criminal. The criticism is politically and fundamentally intense, precluding any compromise on security matters.
