A strong focus is placed on the social issues of people with disabilities and the resolution of their vital problems. Pragmatic solutions (such as the pricing of assistive devices and changes to official lists) are preferred over a general increase in benefits, in accordance with the wishes of interest groups.

The social sphere places a strong focus on vulnerable groups, particularly the rights of people with disabilities and the assessment of their capacity to make decisions regarding advance directives (or end-of-life wishes). Emphasis is placed on the necessity of ensuring a dignified end for individuals through well-organized social and healthcare services. Furthermore, the question of accessibility for people with special needs at cultural events is being raised, including their ability to participate as performers.

The legislation related to public health and the public discussion surrounding the issue of changing the clocks are examined. It is noted that a public opinion survey (regarding which time is preferred) has not actually been carried out, indicating the need for better social input.
