The focus is primarily domestic (the completion of Estonia's green transition, national defense) and international (EU policy, US anti-globalist policies, NATO/Baltic Sea security). The regional aspect addresses the impact of wind farms on Estonia’s pristine natural landscapes and heritage landscapes—areas where people have either remained or relocated specifically because of the beautiful natural environment.

The focus is on national issues (Ministry of Defence administration) and broader questions of environmental and food security that impact Estonian farmers and rural areas. Specific local projects or regions are not highlighted.

The focus is clearly on international relations, particularly the sudden breakdown in relations between Estonia and the US, which stemmed from the cancellation of the conference. The state of free speech in Estonia is also being highlighted.
