Legislative attention is focused on stopping the "pseudo-green transition" in Estonia. It is also demanded that major energy decisions, which will affect households and businesses for decades, be made either in the Riigikogu or through a national referendum.

The legislative focus is centered on overseeing government activities, particularly based on the reports issued by the National Audit Office, and demanding explanations regarding the absence of internal controls. Furthermore, a priority is the review of regulations pertaining to limiting the wild animal population to safeguard food security and farmers' interests.

The focus is on political responsibility and resolving the diplomatic conflict (demanding an apology), not on specific bills, proposed amendments, or legislative work.

The legislative focus is directed toward scrutinizing the government's activities through interpellations, and toward two main draft bills: the suspension of wind farm planning (citing concerns over infrasound and national defense capability) and the ratification of the ILO Indigenous and Tribal Peoples Convention. Also important is the procedural focus, which demands the openness and transparency of the Riigikogu's work, and criticizes the use of night sittings.
