Alternatively, there is a demand for the inclusion of specific exceptions and exemptions in the draft for vehicles used in the culture, museum, sports, and education sectors.

Furthermore, there is support for the initiative to revoke the voting rights of citizens of aggressor states in local elections, in order to prevent political manipulation and ensure the consistency of national policy.
