In the social sectors, education and security are emphasized as areas whose funding is suffering due to the delay in passing the law and the payment of fines. These areas are presented as crucial national priorities, at the expense of which the fines are being paid.

In the social sphere, the focus is on developing education and workforce skills to ensure people have dignified employment. Support will be provided for expanding the Engineering Academy and strategic curricula (engineering, IT, healthcare). We advocate for the targeted introduction of expert foreign labor into sectors where local resources are insufficient.
