The legislative focus centers on legal supervision aimed at resolving the conflict between existing legal acts (EU regulation) and the Constitution. The priority is ensuring adherence to the constitutional order and obtaining legal certainty from the Supreme Court candidate.

The legislative focus is on preventing the violation of the constitution, acting as a strong opponent to any proposed measure or bill concerning the use of the Defence Forces and the declaration of mobilization. The priority is the protection of the principles of the rule of law and the preservation of the powers of the Riigikogu.

The main priority is ensuring the procedural correctness and constitutionality of the legislative process, especially concerning the required majority vote when assuming financial obligations. Focus is placed on the missing documents (the KAPO report), and the application of § 73 of the Riigikogu Rules of Procedure Act is demanded in order to suspend the debate, as the documents are unavailable.

The legislative focus is aimed at opposing the draft bill on vital statistics procedures, specifically highlighting the complexity involved in paying state fees and the centralization of services. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on supporting draft legislation concerning social benefits (pensions, subsistence allowance), which ultimately failed due to the ruling coalition.
