The central social issue is immigration and its demographic impact, concerning which strong worries are expressed regarding changes in the population composition. Migration policy must be conservative to prevent a situation where Estonian children would be forced to pay pensions to foreign workers who have low birth rates. Support is given to the position of academician Jaak Aaviksoo: absolutely no foreign workers until productivity has risen to the EU average level.

The primary social concern revolves around the quality of education and the decline in student achievement scores across reading, mathematics, and the natural sciences. The speaker voiced concern regarding the deterioration of the education system.
