Strong criticism is also aimed at the Russian Orthodox Church, which is subordinate to the Moscow Patriarchate, and is considered a branch of the Moscow authorities and a security threat in Estonia.

The main adversary is Russia, which is characterized as an aggressive state that organizes hybrid attacks and targets civilians and infrastructure. There is also implicit criticism directed at those who question the credibility of NATO’s collective defense, deeming such doubts damaging and unwarranted.
