Secondly, religious influence operations are discussed, criticizing the activities of the church subordinate to the Moscow Patriarchate in Estonia, because it has not definitively renounced its ties with Moscow.

Among social topics, the will to defend is at the forefront, considered the cornerstone of comprehensive national defense and concerning the entire nation. Also crucial is ensuring civil protection and developing civilian capabilities for crisis situations. The question of developing the service culture is being raised, taking into account the rise of new generations in a free Estonia.
