The main opponents are the Center Party (Keskerakond) and EKRE, who are criticized for political showmanship, distorting the past, and incompetence. The criticism is both political (the Center Party’s complaints regarding the hospital issue) and procedural (Martin Helme’s absence from committees). The Social Democrats are criticized for scaremongering and for their outdated stances on labor law.

The sharpest criticism is directed at EKRE, which he/she accuses of obstructionism, political sloganeering ("Eastern dictatorship"), poor quality of draft legislation, and political hypocrisy (for instance, submitting a bill to ban the burqa while simultaneously criticizing the banning of clothing items). He/She also criticizes Isamaa (Reinsalu, Karilaid) for previous tax losses (235 million euros to Latvia) and the current protest against the car tax. Furthermore, he/she reproaches the Center Party for a lack of sincerity regarding security and the fight against corruption.
