The primary opposition is directed at the individual or group ("You") who drew a comparison between the unveiling of the Estonian freedom fighters' memorial and the unveiling of a monument dedicated to the Red Army occupiers. The criticism targets the strategic planning of the government or the responsible agency, arguing that the procurement of ammunition is not balanced against the procurement of artillery.
