The main criticism is directed against the bill initiated by the coalition, which is deemed a threat to national security and utterly senseless. He/She indirectly criticizes the questioning of the trustworthiness of the PPA (Police and Border Guard Board) and the ministries, and warns against allowing a "suspicious" and "Estonia-hostile" contingent to enter the country. The opposition is intense and politically charged, ruling out any possibility of compromise on the draft legislation.

The opposition is aimed at the actions of the Minister of the Interior concerning the classification of the GRU case for 75 years, a move considered improper and potentially linked to seeking domestic political gain. Criticism is also directed at the practice employed by local municipalities and service providers, which compels citizens to pay for a non-existent waste removal service—essentially selling "air."

The main opponent is the Prime Minister, who is criticized both for her policies (rising tax burden, reduction of subsidies) and her personal ethics (a direct accusation of lying). The intensity of the criticism is very high, and there is no sign of a willingness to compromise. The attacks are aimed at highlighting the contradiction between the government's claims and reality.

The criticism is directed at the earlier political decision in 2004 to join the convention, a decision considered thoughtless and dismissive of the military aspect. This position sharply contrasts with emotional objections (emails, descriptions of Cambodian children), which are deemed irrelevant in the Estonian strategic context. The main enemy is the "empire of evil" (Russia), against which mines are indispensable.
