The focus is strictly national, addressing Estonia’s electricity consumption forecasts, national energy policy, and major investments (offshore wind farms) that affect the entire Estonian economy.

While the topics are national (science ethics, hunting regulations), the focus within nature conservation issues is clearly directed at resolving the problems of agriculture and producers. The objective is to help farmers and producers better handle problematic wolf packs, highlighting a concern for the rural economy.

The focus is divided between the level of national sovereignty and local self-government, emphasizing that it is specifically Estonian citizens who should decide the direction of local life and the municipal councils. The international focus is used solely to provide comparative examples drawn from the practices of other European countries. There is no concentration on specific regional projects or issues pertaining to the electoral district.

There is a very strong regional focus on Vinni Rural Municipality, where the speaker also serves as a member of the municipal council. Emphasis is placed on the issues Vinni Municipality faces regarding damage claims and decommissioning costs levied by wind farm developers, consistently prioritizing the interests of the local community.

The focus is on the national and international level, analyzing Estonia’s international competitiveness and the government’s actions. There is no regional focus.
