The economic platform is aimed at easing the tax burden on local residents and entrepreneurs, supporting the reduction of VAT on fruits and vegetables to 5%. We demand the introduction of a digital tax targeting global corporations (Facebook, Google) that currently extract hundreds of millions of euros from Estonia tax-free. Furthermore, we support domestic enterprise and oppose the privatization of strategic assets.

Economic views are strongly opposed to tax increases, particularly regarding the package of tax hikes, the car tax, the soda tax, and the raising of state fees. The speaker argues that the tax reform (the abolition of the tax tier) is irresponsible given the current budgetary situation and only benefits high earners (those making over €4000), while the entire gain is clawed back from middle-income individuals through the subsequent tax spree.

The economic stance is restricted to supporting the public expenditures required for the continued functioning of Estonia’s foreign representations (consulates). This indicates support for financing foreign policy priorities from the budget.

Economic views are strongly opposed to tax hikes, especially considering the current economic situation. Taxation is viewed as a dangerous tool that restricts free choice and serves as an endless source of money for the government, since "harmful things" can always be identified.
