The main social focus is on child protection and substitute care, emphasizing the need to improve support services and the working conditions for specialists. The supervision of child protection workers and the possibility of recusing oneself from a case were addressed. Also discussed was the provision of psychological counseling for foster families and children.

The social sphere is a central focus, stressing robust support for families with children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Particular emphasis is placed on guaranteeing mental health and overall well-being within the social sector, as well as the need to ease the hardships faced by single pensioners through addressing the pension disparity. Deficiencies in service development, relative to direct financial aid, are also brought to the fore.
