In the social sector, the focus is placed on the precision of the legislation concerning recreation and leisure opportunities within the building's territory. Specific attention is drawn to the list, which includes childcare facilities, schools, and welfare institutions, and a question is raised regarding the omission of children's camps from that list.

Among social issues, the priority is the continuation of Estonian culture and the accessibility of folk dancing to young people in Ida-Virumaa, requiring regional inclusion in the Dance Celebration. Additionally, emphasis is placed on the need to ensure cultural workers receive a salary commensurate with the work they perform.

The central social theme is increasing the birth rate of the Estonian nation, providing young families with security through housing, benefits, and tax incentives. The speaker vehemently opposes increasing the population via migration, stressing the necessity of supporting the growth of ethnic Estonians specifically.
