The criticism is directed at the governing coalition (Estonia 200 Party) for its failure to deliver on promises and the poor quality of project management within the public sector. The main opponent is the Reform Party and, more broadly, the ruling coalition (SDE, Eesti 200), which is accused of deepening the economic recession and halting crucial projects. Kristen Michal is personally criticized as an ineffective savior of the economy. The criticism is intense and focuses squarely on political failure.
