The opposition is directed at Members of Parliament, who are being criticized for the negative and vague application of the concept of a security threat, and from whom a practical explanation is being demanded. Furthermore, the criticism is indirectly aimed at those who have failed to pursue a political avenue to enshrine in the constitution the restriction of voting rights exclusively to citizens.

The primary criticism is aimed at the government led by the Prime Minister and its coalition partners, particularly concerning economic policy and taxation. The criticism is both political (destroying competitiveness) and procedural (silencing dissent and ignoring stakeholder engagement). The Social Democrats are directly criticized for dictating policy, which forces the Prime Minister into making half-hearted decisions, especially regarding constitutional amendments.

The primary target is the ruling three-party coalition, particularly the Prime Minister's own Reform Party, which faces accusations of irresponsible governance and prioritizing the retention of power above all else. The criticism leveled against them is twofold: political (concerning the substance of the budget) and procedural (involving a lack of transparency and the concealment of discretionary 'pork-barrel' funds. The opposition has set its sights on ensuring that voters punish these irresponsible leaders.
