The main social issue is the discrimination against women and the adoption of the related international protocol. During the discussion, questions were also raised regarding the definition of gender (biological vs. social gender), as well as concerns about the discrimination against men in the context of domestic violence and their societal relevance.

The social focus is on supporting families and parents in the event of the loss of a breadwinner, particularly for non-working and pregnant individuals. There is support for expanding the target group to include women who are not married or in a registered partnership but who lose the child's other parent, which indicates a progressive approach to family benefits. The social problem concerning the lack of kindergarten places was also under discussion.
