A strong regional focus is aimed at protecting the interests of residents in rural areas and large families, who will be hit hardest by the car tax. Emphasis is placed on the necessity of owning multiple vehicles in the countryside and the crucial importance of maintaining these cars for transporting children to school. The positions held by a colleague originating from Võrumaa are also mentioned.

It focuses primarily on national issues (tax policy, budget) and international topics (missions in Mozambique and Lebanon, the role of the UN). The regional focus in Estonia indirectly affects residents of rural areas, for whom using a car is unavoidable and who are hit particularly hard by the tax increases.

The focus is clearly on international topics, addressing the capital increase for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and assistance to Ukraine.
