The collaborative style is consensual and oriented towards compromise. It is emphasized that all amendment proposals from the leading committee received consensual support within the committee. Cooperation was carried out with officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Board of Auditors, and the final solution was a compromise suitable for the initiator (the Isamaa faction).
