Strongly defends the principles of the rule of law, emphasizing the apolitical independence of the Prosecutor's Office and opposing the threat of political interference channeled through the Minister of Justice. It finds that oversight of the Prosecutor's Office's activities is currently functioning effectively through the judicial system.
