Economic views concern the administrative side and fairness of taxation (the motor vehicle tax). Emphasis is placed on the need to avoid situations where citizens incur unfair tax liabilities due to old, unformalized transactions.

Economic perspectives relate to resource utilization and energy projects (such as mining and wind farms), where the importance of preventing environmental pollution is emphasized in connection with ongoing studies and future plans. Skepticism is also voiced regarding the government’s ability to maintain consistent decisions concerning large-scale projects.

Economic views are absent, apart from an indirect opposition to corrupt activity involving PPA officials selling passports and citizenships, where they "did business." This points to opposition against the illegal commodification of state services.

Strongly opposed to tax increases, arguing that raising taxes during a crisis (VAT, income tax, land tax, and excises) deepens the economic downturn and pushes Estonia into the ranks of poorer countries. He/She criticizes the government's policy, which has resulted in the highest inflation and recession. Supports an economic policy designed to halt the decline in productivity and competitiveness.
