Detailed arguments are presented concerning the inefficiency and environmental damage caused by oil shale, noting its toxic effect on the soil and groundwater of Ida-Virumaa. Knowledge of the decision-making process is also demonstrated, referencing 18 government discussions regarding the future of energy.
