The style of cooperation is open and inclusive, encompassing extensive consultation with 15 stakeholder groups and representatives from the ministries (the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications [MKM]). Decisions within the committee regarding proposed amendments and the subsequent processing of the draft legislation were reached by consensus. Collaboration was also undertaken with the Ministry of Justice to address the concerns raised by the Chamber of Bailiffs.
