The legislative focus is on procedural justice within parliament (the opportunity for rapporteurs to respond to accusations) and the transparency surrounding the development of laws related to new climate measures. Substantively, the priority is preparing the country to manage the outcomes of climate change (adaptation).

The primary focus is on implementing European Union policy in Estonia, particularly concerning strengthening defense capabilities and fostering economic development. Emphasis is also placed on the necessity of updating legislation related to the environment, biodiversity, and global warming, ensuring these factors are fully integrated into economic development planning.
