Economic outlooks are focused on the ascendancy of clean industry and innovation, viewing climate legislation as the foundation for boosting competitiveness. Support is given to large-scale renewable energy production, the development of biofuels and green hydrogen, and resource efficiency. Legislation must ensure transparency and stability for long-term investments, while fossil fuels (oil shale) are deemed economically non-competitive.
