The speaker, acting as a representative of the leading committee, is the initiator and supporter of these amendments, focusing on the technical streamlining of the law, specifying the authorization norms for data registers, and ensuring compliance with international law (the EU return certificate). The goal is to bring the draft bill to the final vote on June 4th.
