The focus is strongly international and regional, concentrating on cooperation among the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) due to the Rail Baltic project. Separate emphasis is placed on the significant financial shortfalls in Latvia and Lithuania, as well as the limited debate on the issue within the Lithuanian parliament, which threatens the project's integrity. In the context of national defense, emphasis is placed on the potential for moving allied relations and capabilities from neighboring countries.

The focus is exclusively on the national level: reforming the judicial system, improving legislation, and funding national defense. There is no regional focus.
