Attention and emotion guide some arguments; sometimes uses substantive argumentation, sometimes remarks, and often a direct assessment of the coalition.

Toon is powerful, polished, and often creates excitement and emotion; it frequently uses rhetorical questions, examples, and cultural references (school, sport, education, culture). The text is significantly critical, but in places also constructively substantive, emphasizing aspects of legality and legitimacy, and the responsibility of the coalition/government. It employs both concrete data and metaphors and strongly utilizes criticism of the platform and parliamentary process.
