The regional focus is extremely strong, concentrating on rural areas and the accessibility of services outside the two major centers. Specific emphasis is placed on the issues faced by Southeast Estonia (Võru, Valga) regarding loan defaults, and KredEx subsidies that have a regional policy dimension and are aimed at smaller towns (Võru, Valga, Paide) are highlighted.

There is no specific regional focus; it addresses national tax policy and includes international comparisons with the practices of other countries.

A strong regional focus is placed on the development of the Nursipalu training area and its impact on local residents. The quality of cooperation between the community and the national project is emphasized.
