The expertise manifests itself in the legislative process and in the communication of the details of the work of the Legal Affairs Committee, including the clarification of procedural decisions (deadlines, consensus) and inter-agency cooperation (KAPO and MTA). Furthermore, knowledge regarding the specific problems of regional policy and entrepreneurship in Southeast Estonia has been highlighted, such as obtaining loans and addressing market failures.

The analysis becomes evident when examining the content of the Chancellor of Justice's report and when addressing the accountability of institutions (the Riigikogu, the Minister, and the Chancellor of Justice). The focus is placed on the ethical and operational issues within the legal system, particularly in instances where public concerns have come to light.

The speaker demonstrates expertise in the fields of internal security, border technology (drone barrier, IT solutions), and civil defense. Particular emphasis is placed on the extremely rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) and the associated threats (fraud, deepfakes), as well as the changing role of drones in combat and logistics. Specific terminology related to the defense industry and legislation is used.
