Economic perspectives are strongly oriented towards prioritizing the financing of national defense, supporting the introduction of a security tax and maintaining defense expenditures above 3% of GDP. It is emphasized that funding for defense investments will be secured, if necessary, by reallocating resources from the Ministry of Defense’s operating expenses line item. The readiness of Estonian entrepreneurs to contribute to ensuring defense capability is mentioned favorably.
