The cooperation style is consensual, as all procedural decisions in the committee (placing items on the agenda, appointing a representative, concluding the reading) were adopted unanimously. The speaker works closely with Minister Riisalo, relaying his explanations and supplementary information to the committee. Cooperation also occurred during the appointment of Madis Timpson as the representative for the lead committee.

The speaker demonstrated an openness to cooperating on improving the budget law, agreeing with the presenter's stance and citing the Danish example as well. At the same time, the focus remains directed towards political accountability and raising the issue of inaction by previous governments.
