The primary legislative priority is the initiation of the draft act amending the Gambling Act and other related legislation. This bill will establish a new taxation structure, as well as the Sports Facilities Fund and the Private Capital Mobilization Fund, both operating under the Cultural Endowment. He/She is the initiator of this draft legislation and also supports the creation of a system for the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) designed for processing big data. Furthermore, he/she is exploring opportunities to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to make the legislative work of the Riigikogu (Parliament) more efficient.

The primary legislative priority is reforming the system for attracting private capital in the culture and sports sectors to activate corporate donation potential. He is acting as both a supporter and a leader in advancing this idea. Furthermore, at the committee level, he is handling draft Riigikogu decisions related to restoring funding for extracurricular activities and financing school sports, even though he admits there is a lack of financial resources to back these proposals.
