The speaker stresses the necessity of cross-party cooperation when seeking solutions and views the partnership between the public and private sectors as crucial for developing future talent. He/She is collaborating with colleague Tanel Tein and is extensively involving ministries (HTM, RM) and a broad spectrum of sports and culture sector stakeholders in the legislative process.
