The continued processing of the draft bill is supported, but it is deemed essential that the process be broadly inclusive and deliberate.

The approach to cooperation is broad and inclusive, emphasizing work both with stakeholders (sports federations, the Estonian Olympic Committee (EOK), enduro enthusiasts) and through inter-ministerial collaboration (KM, RM, HTM). The leading committee introduced seven amendments, which are supported by the bill's initiator, the Ministry of Culture, indicating smooth intra-governmental cooperation.
