The approach is results-based, focusing on how to achieve the stated goals (prosperity).

The political focus is currently on the issues surrounding state finances and budget execution, particularly concerning outstanding tasks and the lack of funding. He/She stresses the necessity of finding new revenue streams, citing, for instance, the introduction of road tolls, which he/she contrasts with the policy of free public transport. His/Her framework is clearly results-oriented and policy-driven, centered on achieving fiscal efficiency.

The focus is on the practical and administrative challenges facing the prison system, particularly concerning the increasing severity of language barriers and the fulfillment of inmates' religious needs.
