Economic perspectives are centered on establishing a new, high-tech, and environmentally sustainable European economic model that is independent of Russia. There is support for the rapid development of the European defense industry and the economic weakening of Russia with the goal of reducing its capacity for warfare. Estonia’s successful image as a digital state is considered a valuable asset that must be leveraged to advance economic interests.
