The Member of Parliament is exceptionally active in the work of the Riigikogu, frequently addressing plenary sessions both as a representative of committees and by submitting questions and interpellations to ministers. He/She is heavily involved in the processing of draft legislation (first, second, and third readings) and is fully informed about both Cabinet discussions and the decisions of the Coalition Council.
