The legislative focus is directed towards controlling the financing of government reforms (education, welfare) and resolving security issues. There is a strong demand for the issue of voting rights for Russian and Belarusian citizens to be introduced to the Riigikogu as a draft law, in order to initiate proceedings and receive a final ruling from the Supreme Court. Isamaa's proposal to link voting rights with relevant agreements is supported.
