There is no direct oppositional stance or criticism directed at the government; the speaker poses questions concerning future strategic support and the substance of the new development strategy. The criticism is primarily aimed at procedural obstruction in the Riigikogu, highlighting the 50 amendments concerning the Israel decision bill that were submitted and later withdrawn by the EKRE faction. He/She also indirectly challenges anti-abortion positions, stressing that providing the service is statesmanlike and correct, and protects the rights of the pregnant woman. He/She notes that the opposition always has the option to gather the necessary votes and submit a different statement to the Riigikogu.
