Social issues are addressed within the framework of population protection, which focuses on ensuring people’s readiness to cope during crises and protecting them from various threats. Important measures include the EE-ALARM threat notification system, regulations concerning sheltering, and training the population, involving both the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Among the social topics addressed are the state fees associated with identity documents and weapon permits. It supports charging higher fees for expedited services (such as fast-track ID card applications) than for the standard state benefit, to prevent these services from being used merely for convenience. At the same time, it supports maintaining discounts for subsidized groups (e.g., a 50% discount on ID card applications) and for hunters, due to their role in national security and disease control.
