The focus is strongly on the national level (Estonian independence, defense capability) and the international level (supporting Ukraine, allies, EU funding). Emphasis is placed on Estonia's status as a border state and the necessity of securing the commitment of allies to stand here. The development of the domestic defense industry is viewed as a source of economic growth in Estonia.
