The legislative focus is on issues concerning sovereignty and security, such as the restriction of voting rights and withdrawal from the Ottawa Convention. A critical role is played in opposing the coalition's draft legislation, especially regarding the limitation of the Riigikogu's competence (the Foreign Relations Act) and bills with insufficient impact assessments (e.g., maritime affairs, packaging). Opposition is also voiced against extending the right to challenge visa decisions to the administrative court.

The speaker, on behalf of the EKRE faction, has introduced several legislative proposals, including bills aimed at abolishing local government election coalitions, instituting a C1 language proficiency requirement for local government candidates, banning the burqa and niqab, and establishing a procedure for the special labeling of insects. Furthermore, the speaker actively supports bills seeking to annul government decisions (such as the closure of consulates and the reduction of family benefits) and is a vocal proponent demanding an audit of e-elections.
